Our General terms and conditions apply to all orders made through our online shop. When you place an order, you accept the following terms and conditions.
The offers are valid for you as a private customer when you shop in the LILAS online shop. They are only aimed at end users of legal age with an billing address in Austria and Germany. The final consumer is the person who concludes the contract for a purpose that cannot be attributed to any commercial or independent professional activity.
The purchase contract is concluded with:: LILAS, Marion Lisa Stegfellner, Am Sportplatz 4, A-4224 Wartberg/Aist.
LILAS products are sold in the online shop only in normal household quantities. The range of goods is limited in time and quantity, subject to change and non-binding. The products shown in the online shop are not a legally binding offer, but are to be understood as an invitation to submit an offer. You have the option of placing a binding order for the products listed on the order page by clicking the "buy" button. A legally binding purchase contract is only concluded as soon as we confirm your request separately as an order after receiving the order by email.
The consumer makes a binding contract offer by successfully completing the ordering procedure provided on www.lilas.cc. The order takes place in the following steps:
1) Select the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking the "Buy" button
3) Check the information in the shopping cart
4) Activate the button "proceed to checkout"
5) Check the entered data again.
6) Accept the terms and conditions and the privacy statement by Clicking on the Selectbox.
7) Binding dispatch of the order by clicking the button of the respective payment method.
We are entitled to refuse orders without giving reasons, in particular if there is a suspicion that the goods purchased on our Website are being sold commercially to third parties.
After receiving the order, the customer will be informed of the receipt of the order by email. For this purpose, the e-mail address specified in the order form is used. This notification contains all customer and order details and documents the receipt of the order, but does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer. The order shall only be deemed accepted by sending an "order confirmation".
The goods offered are presented on the Website in form of photographs of existing products. Small deviations between photo and reality do not justify a defect of the ordered goods. Please note that due to the use of different display technologies and due to your individual Screen settings, colour display may be distorted. The colors of a product shown on your Display may differ from the actual color of the respective bag model. In case of doubt, we recommend viewing the product photos on another Display or contact us.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the constant availability of the products listed in the online shop. It may happen that the goods presented in the shop are no longer available at the time the customer visits the website due to the limited number of items in the respective collections.
You have the right to cancel your contractual declaration within fourteen days without giving reasons by email (email@example.com). If you have already received the goods – you can also withdraw from the contract by returning the goods. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. The return period is met if you send the goods back to us before the period of fourteen days after receipt expires. The buyer has to pay the costs for returning the goods.
The revocation or return of the goods must be addressed to: LILAS, Marion Lisa Stegfellner, Am Sportplatz 4, A-4224 Wartberg/Aist.
If you withdraw from this contract, we have to reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back.
Please understand that we can only take back goods that have no signs of use, are unworn and have been returned to us in proper packaging. If the goods have lost their value during the return, we can ask for compensation. In order to avoid the obligation to compensate for value, we ask you to be careful with the goods and to ensure careful packaging when returning the goods.
All prices quoted are in euros including all taxes and duties. The buyer shall be charged for the shipping costs incurred in addition to the purchase price. These are displayed in the shopping cart system on the order page. The shipping fee for Austria is € 8, for Germany € 19. Delivery is by post. We would like to point out to the customer that all information regarding the availability of the product and the estimated duration of delivery are to be understood as guidelines. They do not represent binding delivery dates. Due to the handicraft manufacturing of the product, the delivery time, depending on the product model and production effort – is 5 days up to max. 2 weeks.
The max. delivery time of 2 weeks can be exceeded in special cases if the timely fulfillment of an order has been prevented for special reasons (e.g. due to temporary delivery bottlenecks from suppliers, etc.). In this case, we would inform you immediately of the duration of the delivery delay and offer you the revocation of the contract..
Payment is made by cash on delivery or in advance via prepayment. If you choose the payment method prepayment, we will provide you with our bank details after sending an order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. For cash on delivery, fees apply in addition to the shipping costs. The cash on delivery fee is € 3,50 for deliveries within Austria and € 4,50 for shipping to Germany.
We reserve ownership of the delivered goods until full payment of the purchase price for the goods.

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, we ask you to report such errors directly to the deliverer and to contact us.
We store the data necessary for business processing and, if necessary, pass it on to our service partners as part of the order processing. Further details can be found in the data protection declaration available in our online offer. Upon request, the customer receives information about the data stored to its person.
